Aiming that your application will be realized and run smoothly, we inform you that by accessing or applying to join Lucky angler community you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all the other terms, conditions and policies set forth and communicated to you by us. These Terms & Conditions are legally bound document, establishing both our and your rights, duties and responsibilities.

In order to complete the identity verification of the anglers and the delivery of prizes you will be required to fill in certain forms, which requests certain personal information. If you upload the photos we require on the website, you will accept our collection and for publicity use. Please be noted that we use YouTube to collect all the fishing videos and you will accept Lucky visit your YouTube and collect video for promotional purposes.
By providing your personal information, you agree that all information provided to us is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to keep it current, complete, and accurate. You must provide the necessary and required information to us for the proper execution of our services. We are not liable for the correctness and expediency of your provided information, therefore, the responsibility for the proper execution of this obligation lies with you.
